You will find lower priced copies but you will not find better. However, as with any comic book 40+ years old, a gentle cleaning and pressing will go a long way to those higher CGC grades. On this particular comic book there are light creases to the lower right front cover. The back cover needs a good cleaning. It’s just what happens when you buy from the newsstand instead of the comic book store. Funny do newsstands even still exist?
