This near mint #1AU cover variant is from my husband's personal collection. It has been slabbed, bagged, boxed, and stored since it was first purchased from the comic book shop. While this should grade exceptionally high as is, a savvy investor will have the comic book cleaned and pressed before submitting for grading to maximize profit potential.
