Investment opportunity is knocking for my husband's X-Men Gian Size #1 Comic Book.

Pretty much the same story here... My husband bought this comic book off the shelf at Golden Apple Comics in Hollywood when they were still across the street from Fairfax High and 2 doors down from Aron's Records. This comic book has been bagged, boxed, and stored ever since. I took this to a trusted friend at a local comic book store and I was told with a gentle cleaning and pressing, this comic should CGC grade in the low 9's and could value higher than $5000 in today's market. Note: I am not a comic book expert and this is what I was advised by someone who is. So if you have the time and the patience for CGC, this may well be the investment opportunity you have been looking for.
